What Brought PWH Here?
A once-weekly yoga class is great on a fitness level, but it’s not always enough to truly strengthen our minds and emotions too. Meditation is great, but not all of us can sit alone in silence and not get a little antsy. Breathwork is amazing, but hard to do on your own as the group energy helps the process. Movement classes are incredibly healing, but it can be difficult to find a knowledgeable, reliable instructor to start you off. There had to be a way to incorporate all of these practices I teach without pulling myself in a million different directions! I also didn’t want my students to feel like they needed to sign up for 13 different classes every new month…
I knew I wasn’t alone in feeling this way, so I decided to do something about it.
Utilizing my Kundalini yoga training, somatic psychology degree, life coaching experience, dance background, and more, I created a membership where anyone from a spiritual novice to yoga master could come and enjoy the benefits that come from a regular, holistic, well-rounded practice- MIND BODY AND SOUL FITNESS.
